When a student uses multiple Google accounts on their device, Google Docs can get confused about which account to use when loading embedded Google Docs in Writable. The following provides successive troubleshooting steps that students can walk through if their Google Docs aren't loading.
1. Log out of Writable.
2. Go to Google Docs and log out of Google.
3. Sign into Writable and try to open the assignment again.
If this fails, try the following: (Important note: If school controls do not allow students to remove browsing history, a school administrator that has access to the GSuite controls will need to clear the browsing history for the student.)

3. Clear browser history in Chrome:
- From the 3-dots menu in Chrome (in the top-right corner), click on the “More Tools” submenu.
- Select “Clear browsing data...”.
- In the "Basic" tab, select “All time” from the "Time range" dropdown.
- Check only “Cached images and files” and click “Clear data”.
If that fails, try the following:
1. Log out of Writable.
2. Go to Google Docs and log out of Google.
3. Clear browser history in Chrome:
- From the 3-dots menu in Chrome (in the top-right corner), click on the “More Tools” submenu.
- Select “Clear browsing data...”.
- In the "Basic" tab, select “All time” from the "Time range" dropdown.
- Check “Browsing history”, “Cookies and other site data”, and “Cached images and files” and click “Clear data”.
